The Collection
Three expressions, one mountain
Each tea is a portrait of its terroir — the soil, the altitude, the mist, and the hands that shaped it.

Ya Shi Xiang
Phoenix Oolong · Single Bush
“The provocative one”
The name is a provocation. The tea is a revelation. Despite its humble moniker — literally 'Duck Shit Aroma' in the local Chaozhou dialect — Ya Shi Xiang is the most captivating expression of Phoenix Dancong. Legend says the tea bushes grew in soil so rich it earned the earthy nickname, but the cup tells a completely different story: an explosive, intoxicating bouquet of floral and fruity notes that challenges everything you thought you knew about tea.
